The package way for Handmade stainless steel sink

Due to the turmoil of the international situation,recently the sea freight cost has been increasing continuously. This is a serious blow to the exportation, especially for the handmade sink which is large in size.

Generally speaking, there are three packing ways for handmade stainless steel sink:

1. Individual packing for handmade sink

This way of packing is used in some specially designed sinks, which have feature like steps, or raised bars (to support the accessories). These special models can NOT be overlapped and must be packed by single box. And most often, they are equipped with 3+ sink accessories.

The volume needed for this packing is the biggest. For example, the product below is 75x45x22cm. A 20GP container can load 265pcs only.

But its advantages are remarkable.Individual packaging has strong protection to the handmade sink, and the buyer can sell the sinks directly after receiving them. It is recommended to buyers of online sales.

2.Standard carton box packing, 5pcs or 3pcs per carton

This is a normal way of packing, 3 or 5pcs a carton, depending on the weight of the handmade sink. It is suitable for the sink models which can be stacked together.

3.Pallet packing for handmade sinks

This is the most CBM saving way of packing--put the sink up on the pallet and make the load/unload by forklift. The sink accessories will be packed in cartons separately from the sinks. Buyers who choose this way of packing often order the individual box as well, they can repack the handmade sink with the accessories after receiving the products. It is also suitable for the sink models which can be stacked up only.

No matter which way we choose to pack the stainless steel handmade sink, it will need big CBM in the container. The high sea freight cost is a big obstacle for exportation of handmade sink. Hope the sea freight cost will go down to normal sooner in the future.
